Rules for Bonuses, Free Spins and Promotional Rewards
These rules apply to bonus funds, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, tournaments and other promotions available at 24 Casino. Each player is responsible for checking the conditions of an offer before activating it or making a qualifying deposit.
The terms shown for a specific promotion take priority over the general rules on this page where they clearly state a different wagering requirement, expiry period, stake limit or withdrawal cap.
Eligibility for Promotional Offers
Promotions are generally available once per player. Eligibility may also be limited by household, home address, IP address, telephone number, payment account and device.
Creating duplicate accounts, allowing another person to use an account or registering on behalf of someone else is not permitted. Related accounts may be closed, and bonus funds or winnings connected to them may be removed.
Some offers are restricted by country, account status or registration method. Players from Sweden and other restricted locations cannot receive bonuses, VIP rewards, promotional benefits or comp-point exchanges.
A player who has disabled promotions in the cashier or account settings will not receive bonus rewards while that option remains inactive.
Bonus activation, expiry and promotional schedules are calculated according to UTC unless an offer states otherwise.
Fair Use of Bonuses
Promotions must be used for normal gameplay. Bonus abuse, coordinated activity, fraudulent play or strategies designed mainly to extract value from promotional funds are not allowed.
Where there are reasonable grounds to identify abusive or dishonest activity, 24 Casino may cancel the bonus, remove related winnings, restrict access to future promotions or close the account.
The following activity may be treated as misuse:
- Creating or controlling more than one account.
- Using another person’s account or allowing another person to use yours.
- Placing low-risk or opposing bets to reduce wagering risk.
- Delaying a game round or bonus feature until wagering has ended.
- Using bonus funds to build progress in a game and completing the feature later with cash funds.
- Making additional deposits to bypass an active bonus restriction.
- Using systematic activity to exploit cashback, rakeback or promotional calculations.
How Bonus Balances Work
When an account contains both cash and bonus funds, the cash balance is used first unless the relevant offer states otherwise. When the bonus balance has been lost, the active bonus ends.
A new deposit made while a bonus, free-spin reward or another promotion is active may be combined with the existing promotional balance. The combined amount can then become subject to the same wagering requirement, maximum-win rule and other bonus restrictions.
Players who want a new deposit to remain free from existing bonus conditions should cancel the active promotion before depositing. Cancelling a bonus removes the bonus funds and any winnings linked to it but does not remove the player’s unrestricted cash balance.
Only one bonus may be active at a time. Deposit promotions cannot be combined unless the individual offer clearly allows it.
Wagering and Withdrawals
Bonus funds and winnings connected to them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
A withdrawal request made before wagering is finished will normally cancel the active bonus and all winnings linked to it. Any remaining unrestricted cash may still be paid out after the usual account and payment checks.
If the promotional period ends before wagering is completed, the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings expire.
A player may decline an offered bonus or cancel an active reward before completing its wagering requirement. The bonus amount and related promotional winnings will be removed.

The stake limit also applies to doubled bets made after a completed round and to feature purchases or bonus rounds bought inside a game.
Free Spins and Unfinished Features
Free spins connected to a cancelled bonus are also cancelled. This applies to spins already credited and to any future instalments that have not yet been added.

Tournament Rules

The maximum win and withdrawal from the monthly reward is ten times the amount credited.
Rakeback
Rakeback is credited as real money and is calculated from eligible gaming activity during the previous 24-hour period.
The minimum claim is 1 EUR or USD, or 1.50 AUD, NZD or CAD equivalent. The maximum claim within 24 hours is 300 EUR, USD or the equivalent.
Rakeback is added after 09:00 UTC and can be activated from the bonus section. It has no wagering requirement.

Players earn Mileage Points and Power Points from eligible real-money activity in casino and live-casino games.
